T&T Demolition is committed to completing all of our projects safely, including safety for our employees, subcontractors and visitors. T&T Demolition adheres to WorkSafe BC Rules and Regulations, as well as government sanctioned rules and regulations. T&T Demolition and its employees and subcontractors also follows our implemented Occupational Health and Safety Program, and completes toolbox meetings, machine logs, and site specific safety checklists among other safety. Our employees are trained in, continue training in and/or hold valid certificates in First Aid, WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System), Asbestos, CSO (Construction Safety Officer), and various equipment operator certificates.
T&T Demolition’s specialty is in complete and partial demolition of commercial, industrial and residential buildings, single or multiple story, and wood, steel and concrete structures. T&T Demolition’s accomplishments include, but are not limited to, the demolition of the Coquihalla Toll Booth (2008), ongoing demolition contracts with The City of Burnaby (2008 – Present), demolition of the Maple Ridge Hotel (2010), a project consisting of multiple houses in the Maple Ridge Town Core (2011), demolition of the Annex Building at Lions Gate Hospital (2012), and demolition of the 4 story parkade at Richards and Georgia in Vancouver (2012).
